Kevin M. Leahy has 39 years of experience before the Administrative Agencies, Labor Commissions, and Courts of Missouri and Southern Illinois. He has defended the interests of primarily employers and insurers in pursuit of leveraged negotiations to reach fair and reasonable resolutions of Workers Compensation, Subrogation, and Employment issues. Mr. Leahy has presented Appeals before the Missouri Courts of Appeals, the Illinois Courts of Appeals and the Illinois Supreme Court. Mr. Leahy has been a guest speaker for Continuing Legal Education Programs and presents in house seminars for Employers and Insurance Companies
Kevin also maintains an active Estate Planning practice, counseling his clients in all aspects of Estate Planning, from initial consultation to drafting of important estate documents, including wills and trusts. He also assists with any Probate issues which may arise.
Kevin assists small businesses with all aspects of business formation, including limited liability companies and corporations. He also can serve as corporate counsel to support the ongoing business as it grows.
